★10th Star☆ [Action|Voice]
[Things sure are a lot mistier around here than she remembers... There are also a lot more bats and rats around, these certainly weren't here before. Then again, given the time of year, Fuuko is just happy that the moon isn't crashing into anything.
Having been returned from her kidnapping Fuuko first heads to the clinic to check on things there. At first she's surprised when she looks around and can't find herself, her body. The surprise gives way to happiness soon enough though, leading to Fuuko running as fast as her legs can carry her back home.
She's practically runs into the front door in her excitement and quickly heads to Nagisa's room. This is it, she can say hello to Nagisa not as the girl she met in Luceti, but as the best friend she had helping her through all the rough times back home. The only problem is Nagisa isn't here, or anywhere. Her room is completely bare save for a few gifts left behind on the bed, including letters addressed to her and Kotomi.
"It's been a pleasure getting to know you here in Luceti, Fuu-chan. I'm really, really happy that we ended up rooming together, because you ended up becoming one of my best friends here, as well as anywhere else! I'm sad that I won't be able to spend more time with you, but I'm sure we'll be able to see each other again in Hikarizaka. We do go to the same school, after all! Even if I may not remember you there, though, I'm positive that we'll become friends again."
... No, that won't happen. Back home was different. It was here in the village that Fuuko had the chance to do everything with Nagisa. That just isn't possible back home, no matter how much she might want it to be.
Fuuko ends up holding the letter tightly in her hands while she sits on Nagisa's bed, amongst all the different dangos and presents she left behind. She's not crying, it's hard not to, but she refuses to cry. Right now she only wants to be alone.]
[Later, when Fuuko feels as though she's up to it, she finds her journal and opens it up to speak.]
Nagisa Furukawa has gone back to Hikarizaka. [...] She left lots of wonderful things for her friends, so please come and collect them. Fuuko thinks that Nagisa-san would be very happy if all of the dangos she left went to good homes.
[And that's it. She leaves the journal open in case anyone wants to ask about Nagisa. Anyone that might decide to wait a moment before replying may be able to hear Fuuko whispering Nagisa's name to herself and sighing.]

[Now there's a voice he hasn't heard in a while, and...
Sigh. It's not exactly on the happiest of notes. Friends leaving is never fun. Then again, bringing it up might only make things worse. Ven wouldn't wanna make her sad... especially given that she probably is already.
Hm.]
D'you need some company?
voice
[Were it any other time then she would have jumped at the chance to spend time with Ven. Right now though she's taking a moment to think it over. It would probably help her feel better if she had someone here, rather than just sitting around and waiting for things to improve on their own.
Eventually Fuuko gives a more solid answer.]
Fuuko would really like it if you were here for a little while, Ven-san.
voice
But once she comes up with that concrete answer, he's... probably heading for the door. At least, there's a sound of a door creaking.]
Tell you what, Fuuko. If you're feeling down, I'll be there as long as you need me to be!
[But first... hmm. Gotta grab some of those cookies. That'll probably help.]
voice
[There's a tiny smile on her face now, barely even noticeable. But hearing Ven say that does make her feel better.]
Please try not to get lost in all the mist, it's very strange outside.
[She'll be waiting for Ven to come over and likely holding onto the star-shaped dango Nagisa left for her in the mean time.]

She doesn't seem to get what's going on though, so she just stares blankly and blinks slowly. ]
... Fuuko-chan?
action;
[She's still holding onto her own letter when Kotomi looks in.]
Nagisa-san left something for you.
[Hopefully the barren room speaks for itself as Fuuko doesn't feel like saying outright that Nagisa has gone home, not yet anyway. Fuuko gets up from the bed and digs out the letter addressed to Kotomi from underneath the many dangos that were left behind.]

Nagisa-chan is.. not here.
[ She repeats it to herself, blankly yet with something slightly more behind it with the way her voice shakes oh so lightly, as if she can't believe it. ]

[It's strange not having her here, Nagisa has always been here. And now she's gone and who knows when she might be back, if ever.
She turns her head away while still speaking to Kotomi, her voice barely audible.]
Fuuko misses her. Fuuko really misses her, Kotomi-chan.

[ oh dear this was just too sad to have happen right before the holidays. ] If. If you want to talk about it...I'm always here to lend an ear. It's always hard...when things like this happen.
[voice]
It's a good thing that Nagisa-san is home now. But... But Fuuko doesn't know how to feel. [It's definitely good that she doesn't have to put up with the experiments anymore, or the drafts. Even so, there were so many things that Fuuko still wanted to do with her friend.]
[voice]
I know I've felt that way before with, with lots of people who left.
[voice]
[Deep breath, sigh.] Could you tell Fuuko how you make yourself feel better when people leave, Helios-san? If you have felt the same as Fuuko then Fuuko thinks it would be good to know.

So Nagisa is home now. She thinks that might be a good thing, if Nagisa were homesick, but...she's going to miss her. And....]
...Fuuko? Would you like to do something nice together?
no subject
[Stupid mist. And ghosts. This couldn't have happened at a worse time, really.]

Hoooooooly crap did I misfire on that icon.
I just thought Grune was very serious about hide and seek!
Hide and seek is the most serious business, clearly.

She left something for you Emil-san. Nagisa-san would definitely think that it looks very cute.
[Voice]
[That's a little bit of a surprise, but it's also so very Nagisa that he can't help but smile.]
Do you, um... do you want me to come pick it up now?

Nagisa has always been there for Seto, she's cried for his sake and even risked her safety and took him to her world. They've looked after each other and he swore to protect her, no matter what. And now she's gone... he didn't even get to say goodbye to her. So of course it hits him hard.
But Crow always reminds him that "friends will always see each other again" and... he has to believe in that. Because Crow has always been right about that so far. Friends always do see each other again. So... maybe, hopefully one day it will be the same for Nagisa. Right?]
...Thanks for letting us all know, Fuuko. I'm sorry.
[voice]
Nagisa-san left something for you Seto-san. Could you come and get it? It would make Nagisa-san happy if she knew her presents got to the people they were meant for.
[voice]
She left something for me? Yes, of course I'll come and get it. I'll be there in a few, all right?
