[This is strange, for some reason when Fuuko came to she didn't notice any of the usual crockery. Heck right now she isn't even on the shelf she sleeps on in the kitchen. Why on earth is she tipped over on some bed? Very strange.

With a little swaying and hopping she's able to carefully slide off the side of the bed using the sheets and head out of the bedroom she found herself in to look around. This definitely isn't where the Master usually stays. She knew house seventeen by the back of her handle from tidying and hopping around all over the place and this certainly wasn't it.

...Perhaps she was stolen whilst she was asleep? It's possible! Some weird crook could have come in and stole her along with some of the other Master's belongings thinking she was just a normal teacup. Yes, that must be it.

Hurrying back to the bed she awoke on Fuuko climbs back up very slowly and carefully until she's atop the bed again. With any luck her journal was stolen along with her... And there it is on the bedside table! Convenient. Flicking it open with her handle and clearing her throat before she starts to speak.]

[Voice]

Excuse me, Master? I'm sorry to bother you but I'm in some strange house I'm not familiar with. If I head outside and start heading home now then please keep an eye out for me and open the door once I'm back. I'll be sure to make some tea as soon as I'm there so don't worry!

[That was an awful lot of first person there. If she's going to talk to the Master then there's no room for throwing childish third person speech around.]

[As she said Fuuko will be attempting to find her way home by hopping through the village towards house seventeen. She'll also be pushing her journal along the ground with her so the Master doesn't have to go back and get it for her later. A difficult challenge for a teacup, yes, but she's getting there!]

Ugh, why did Fuuko's journal have to be taken all the way out here too? The Master will be angry if Fuuko is gone for too long.

[Just complaining to herself, don't mind the talking teacup. Oh, actually, do mind the talking teacup. Being stepped on or knocked over isn't something Fuuko enjoys.

[...the talking teacup is talking to him now. This place is so weird sometimes. He holds back a sigh as he crouches down to talk to her.]

Um... H-hey. Is everything alright? I heard you complaining...

Sadly everything is not alright. Fuuko is stranded far from home with no way to get back but to walk and move this heavy journal around like this!

[Why did she have to wake up so far from the Master's house? Sob.]

These journals really aren't light enough for Fuuko to properly deal with, opening them is hard enough.

Well, do you need any help? I wouldn't mind carrying it for you.

[Being a teacup is suffering... And yet it's still marginally better than when she was Hikarizawa.]

You wouldn't? How thoughtful of you monsieur, Fuuko would be very happy if you did! Then Fuuko can walk back to the Master's house unhindered.

[He smiles softly, reaching down to pick up her journal.]

I'm just happy to help. Where do you live?

House seventeen. It's strange, Fuuko woke up today in someone else's house altogether. You wouldn't know if there are any thieves around would you?

[Because there's still that possibility she was stolen or something.]

Um, thieves? [He blinks.] I don't think so... But it seems like a lot of people woke up in places they weren't supposed to be today.

Is that so? Oh, so Fuuko is not the only one then. Perhaps it's another experiment by the Malnosso. If only they would hold another experiment where Fuuko was human again.

[That was a great experiment, having her arms and legs back again. Good times! Why do the bad experiments always outweight the good ones?]

Wait, you mean... you're not always like this?

Of course not, it would be very horrible if Fuuko was stuck as a teacup forever wouldn't it? [...] At least here there are experiments to make Fuuko human. Back home this might have been a more permanent form.

[He frowns a little at her explanation. Some people had said that not all of the experiments were bad, but it was weird to think of someone who actually looked forward to them. It was a little... sad.]

Which way is your house?

[It's a little hard for her to indicate so she does her best to point her handle down the path towards house seventeen.]

If Fuuko remembers correctly then it should be in that direction. [Curiously looking up and noticing that frown.] Are you alright monsieur, is there something troubling you?

Alright. [It's a good thing he's paying close attention because... yeah, kind of hard to see that gesture! But since he got it, he'll start walking that way with her.] A-and it's nothing. It's just that... I'm still kind of new here, so this is the first experiment I've seen. It's a little weird.

Oh, you're new! How horrible, had Fuuko known then Fuuko wouldn't have bothered you with such a task as this. Most of the Malnosso's experiments end up being pretty weird in some way or another. [There's a sigh as she thinks over the past experiments she's been here for.] Halloween was certainly much worse than just showing up in someone else's home. But anyway, you never know monsieur, maybe you'll be lucky enough to be sent home soon.

O-oh, no, it's okay. I wanted to help. [He smiles a little.] I don't think my luck's that good, though. I'm sure I'll be stuck here for a while before I can go home again.

[Though, at the same time, maybe that wasn't completely terrible.]

Thank you very much for lending a hand then. [Literally, it's not like she has any of her own-] Once we get back home Fuuko will be more than happy to put a new pot of tea on the stove just for you. If you end up being here for a long time then you can always come back to the Master's house and Fuuko will make you more.

[Providing the Beast doesn't mind too terribly that is.]

[Shinji doesn't know what to do with all of this kindness...! Surprised by her offer, he quickly shakes his head.]

That's really nice of you, but you don't have to do that. [He kind of mumbles his next words, but they shouldn't be hard for Fuuko to understand.] Besides, I'm not even sure how a teacup prepares tea...

[Oh yes, she got that part. Allow her to explain~]

Very easily, at least with a little practice anyway! Since Fuuko discovered these handy little things called 'tea bags' all Fuuko has to do is boil some water, empty it into a teapot and leave the tea bag to rest in it until the tea is strong enough. It's all very simple. Fuuko honestly wouldn't mind monsieur, Fuuko wouldn't know how else to pay back your kindness.

[How she boils the water or does any of this without arms or legs is both a mystery and some art form probably.]

[But that's exactly the part he doesn't understand...! Shinji makes a face at her explanation, since it doesn't quite explain anything, but he decides it's probably best to leave it at that.]

I'm sure anyone else would have done the same thing. But if you're sure it's no trouble...

[But that's how she prepares tea, with tea bags! That was the most thorough of explanation.]

Fuuko is absolutely positive that it will be no trouble at all. If there would be a problem then Fuuko would never have offered in the fist place. But seeing as there isn't a problem Fuuko has no qualms about offering you a spot of tea!

A-all right. [He almost feels like there's no arguing with her...! But it's fine. It wasn't really like he had anything better to do.] Um, I'd love to try it.

Excellent, then as soon as we're back Fuuko will make you some. We might even have a few biscuits too if you would like some monsieur. How do you take your tea, milk, sugar?

Oh, um... Milk sounds good. [He isn't picky! And even if he was, he wouldn't be very demanding of Fuuko. It's not often that other people actually prepare things for him.] My name's Shinji, by the way. It's nice to meet you, Fuuko.

Milk it is then! Hopefully we have some fresh somewhere in the house. [She tilts her rim slightly in an attempt at a nod.] It's nice meeting a kind person like yourself too, monsieur Shinji.

I-I'm not that kind, but... thank you. [You say such embarrassing things, Fuuko...! But we should be there soon, shouldn't we?]
