[The bright sun, blue sky, even the odd cloud dotted here and there. Whoever is holding the journal is doing a pretty good job of capturing the good weather right now.]

After all the rain and wind last week it's this sort of sunshine that really makes Fuuko think of summer.

[The journal soon pulls back to show that the sky is being recorded through a massive hole in the roof of one of house 26's upstairs bedrooms.]

However Fuuko really does not want to enjoy summer whilst still being inside like this! Most of the water has dried away or has been mopped up but this thing is still here! Even if Fuuko was low on money and couldn't afford AC this would be a very extreme solution. And even then money isn't a problem so why is this hole still here?!

[Normally these things see to themselves, but nope. Still a hole. The bedroom is still a complete wreck too, with debris and bits of glass and the door frame scattered about all over.]

If anyone knows anything about fixing things like this then Fuuko would appreciate a little of your time. Fuuko will even prepare something to give to your for your trouble, something very delicious!

[Oh, and quickly adding in at the end--]

Also, Fuuko hopes everyone who went into space returned home safely! If you all want something delicious too then please come to house 26, there's going to be more than enough for anyone who wants some. Fuuko will make sure of that!

[The 'something very delicious' Fuuko was referring to is starfish shaped bread. Giant loaves of it. There's only so much of the stuff she can make before she needs more ingredients though so she's out around the village to pick up some more.

... But she couldn't just leave all the bread she had recently baked alone in the house. Even if Kotomi and Nagisa are there who knows what could come through that hole in the roof! As such, Fuuko is carrying a bag of freshly baked starfish bread around with her. Don't you just love the smell of bread that's just come out of the oven? It's still a little warm too!]

[ Yes, the hole in the roof is quite the concern, isn't it? At least, Kotomi seems to think the same. .. Or not, who knows what's going on in that girl's head. At least she's standing in that room right now, staring at the big hole as if that will magically fix it.

Oh? Looks like Mother Nature bought down a hammer on this place.

[You know, Fuuko would probably stand there and join her in staring at the hole until it fixed itself. However it doesn't seem to want to fix itself and instead the roof just creaks and a little dust falls down onto the carpet.

This house is so rude sometimes.]

Fuuko wonders if you know anything about repairing something like this.

H-How did you get up there?! [FDGKZSH She wasn't expecting anyone to actually come in through the hole. But now it's happened at least her paranoia of people breaking in through it is confirmed.]

Please get down, Fuuko doesn't want Mother Nature to suddenly get angry and decide to smash you down into Fuuko's house too. [That would be messy.]

[Sheena appears to be in bed (or at least on sofa) here, holding the journal up over her head to talk to it.]

D'you wanna stay here for a few days while you fix it? I've got room.

Thank you very much Sheena-san, but Fuuko is okay. As are Kotomi and Nagisa. Luckily this was just a spare room we have and the other bedrooms are just a little damp. [Plus as much as she would love to jump house until things sort themselves out she doesn't want to leave her other friends to deal with the problem by themselves.]

Fuuko really does appreciate it though! Maybe when there isn't a giant hole in the ceiling which is trying to do a bad impression of a sun roof Fuuko can come for a sleepover some other time.

Hey, we could make room for all of you. We had just a little bit of flooding, I guess, and no giant holes in the ceiling.

I bet if you wanted to you could make it into a real sunroof. Or a door that just goes to your roof for when you wanna sit up there.

Hmm. Well if you really do have room for us and Fuuko isn't being a bother then maybe we could all come and stay for a little while. Fuuko will have to talk it over with the rest of the house though! And of course Manami-san would have to come too.

[Looking up she stares at the hole in the roof and tries to somehow imagine as less hole-ish and more door-ish.] Really, a door to the roof? That would be very nice but Fuuko is having a hard time seeing it. Also Fuuko is worried someone might come up to the roof, fall off and get hurt. Fuuko isn't responsible if you fall off of our roof Sheena-san.

I'm up on roofs all the time, and I'm okay with landing if I fall off. It's not a big deal.

[Okay then! With a nod Fuuko puts the journal down and runs off to find a bucket from somewhere in the house.

Turns out all their buckets are being used for other things right now since she ends up coming back with a large mixing bowl instead, which she leaves in the middle of the opening on the floor.]

... Wait a minute, that didn't do anything at all! Minato-san the hole is still here!!

But now it'll catch the rain.

I didn't say I'm okay with falling, I said I'm okay with landing. It's different. ...And I kinda am a ninja. It's not an act. [What a weird act that would be.]

Oh. Haha, yeah, you could bring your starfish.

It's perfectly sunny outside though, Fuuko couldn't imagine it being any sunnier. There probably won't be any rain for a long time.

[Just to check though, Fuuko looks out of the hole to see.] There's one cloud all the way over there and it doesn't seem like the raining sort of cloud at all!

But you said if you fall off and Fuuko would expect a ninja to have perfect balance so they would never fall off. Maybe Fuuko is just expecting too much of the ninjas out there. [She's sorry for having such high expectations, ninjas.]

Fuuko will definitely bring him over so the two of you can say hello. Manami-san always like meeting new people.

Then the hole won't be a problem.

No it doesn't!! There's still a huge hole right here in Fuuko's roof that isn't meant to be here and no number of bowls and buckets underneath it is going to make the situation any better! Who knows what sort of weird guys are going to creep in through the night using this hole!? This is very horrible Minato-san, please think of something else!

It is if you fall and land on a fence in a comical way that would mean you would end up on someone's funniest home videos, please try not to fall off of anything if there's someone with a video camera around Sheena-san.

Please... I'm too much of a main character to be smashed by Mother Nature. [Knowing his luck, he would convert her to his harem somehow.]

And let's just say that I wanted to be adventurous today. Is Nagisa and Kotomi okay?

[Guh. Sheena drops the journal so it rests, open and pages-down, on her stomach where she's lying and sighs in a far too dramatic way.]

Okay, Fuuko can sort of see a hole like this becoming a skylight. [But how is she meant to go about even installing one of those. She is just one not-loli after all, a not-loli who has zero expertise with skylights. Or construction. Or holes in places there should not be holes.]

What would Fuuko need to do to turn this into a skylight though? Fuuko imagines it would take a lot of hard work to do something like that.
