[Video]
[The video opens to show Fuuko scribbling away at a piece of paper on the table of her apartment. Stopping for a moment to admire what she has drawn... Then switching to a coloured crayon and continuing.]

Now Kotomi-san is here that means Fuuko should add another one. One for Daisy-san too.

[She seems to be talking to herself as she draws and colours in a little more. A minute or so later, Fuuko holds up her work for the journals to see. Seems as though she was working on a 'Get Well Soon' card. Moving the card away from the journal, Fuuko starts speaking in a very hushed tone.]

Fuuko made this to give Nagisa-san. If you know Nagisa-san and want her to get better even sooner then Fuuko insists you sign this card! Even if you don't know her you should sign it anyway! Fuuko can probably draw some starfish on the back... Fuuko is being quiet so not to disturb Nagisa-san!

[She stands up and leaves the card on a table, moving into her room for a moment to fetch a scarf, mittens and other warm clothing before returning.]

Fuuko will be waiting by the fountain in the plaza if you want to come and write Nagisa-san a message... And don't forget about the Starfish Festival!! Fuuko intends to make it one of the best festivals this place has ever seen!

Fuuko is going out for a moment Nagisa-san!! [Picking up the card and the journal, leaving it open as she makes her way over to the plaza.]

[Action]

[Like she said, Fuuko will be standing out by the fountain with the card in her hands. She's also brought along a bunch of coloured crayons for people to write in the card with if they would like to.]

(Interpret my Fuuko's terrible drawings of dangos how you like. A few them could look like anyone, so feel free to take them however you want to.)

Fuuko is waiting for people to come and sign this! [Holding out the card towards Shiki with both hands. Look at all those wonderful starfish. Oh, and the dangos. They're pretty important too.]

It's pretty, right? You should sign it too Shiki-san! Nagisa-san would appreciate it if you did.

[She's going to look over the card briefly, smiling slightly at the sight of those starfish.]

You think? ...sure, I'll sign it. Got a pink crayon in that collection somewhere?

Of course, all the signatures will make Nagisa-san feel so much better. It's nice knowing a lot of people care about you like that!

[You bet she has a pink!] Here you are! Make sure you write something really nice and meaningful. Something that will make Nagisa-san smile!

Yeah...you're right. I bet it'll be nice for her to see all of the writing and pictures.

[She'll go ahead and take the crayon from her, starting to write out a message. And possibly drawing a cat.] Is she going to be okay?

Mmhm. Fuuko hopes that just the sight of such a wonderful card will bring Nagisa-san's health back [But a card could never do something like that, that's more the starfish's sort of thing.]

She seems okay right now. Even though she spends everyday in bed with a high fever she isn't getting any worse. [And Fuuko is thankful for this. Were Nagisa any worse of, Fuuko wouldn't have dared leave the apartment for as long as this.]

It'll make her smile at least. That's the important part.

Really? Has she been awake very often?

Everyday for a few hours. She's very tired, but Fuuko keeps her company whenever she's awake. [...] Shiki-san? Fuuko still needs to apologise to you about last month. Sorry for bringing it up, but Fuuko figured now was as good a time as any to apologise for saying mean things and throwing starfish at you.

Hm? Oh! You know, don't even worry about it...the masks were doing all sorts of weird things to all of us. I didn't think you would have done it on purpose. Just worry about your friend right now, okay? That's more important...it's good you're keeping her company though.

Okay then. [A small smile appears on her face. It's good to know everyone she was mean to when she was wearing those masks has forgiven her.] Fuuko doesn't know what else to do for her but keep her company. When Nagisa-san asks for something, Fuuko will go and get it and Fuuko will talk to her when she feels up to it. Is there anything else Fuuko could do?

[It's hard to be mad at someone like Fuuko. Really.] You know, I think you're doing everything you can. You're making sure that Nagisa's comfortable, and that's important. Does she get sick a lot?

This is the first time Fuuko has seen her like this, but apparently she gets sick like this fairly often. [Which just makes Fuuko feel great, knowing Nagisa will get sick again a little while after this.] It lasts for quite some time, and then she'll be sick again in a few more months.

That doesn't make very much sense. Isn't there any way to cure her permanently that anyone can think of?

People have been asking Nagisa-san about her condition but no one has suggested a permanent cure to her yet. Is it possible that there isn't a cure?

[...maybe if she has cancer.] It's possible. there are a few diseases that just don't have cures...but if she gets sick a lot and always gets better, maybe it's just something she has to work out herself.

[Some have speculated it's AIDs, cancer, all sorts...] Well Fuuko hopes she works it out soon. It's not fun seeing her like this. Nagisa-san would surely prefer getting out and enjoying herself rather than being stuck inside.

Just keep being there for her and taking care of her like you are and I'm sure she'll be back to normal before you know it. Is there anyone else who can help you watch over her?

Kotomi-san is here now, so she can always help watch Nagisa-san too. Fuuko doesn't want to leave too much to her so soon after arriving however. It's not fair on Kotomi-san, or Nagisa-san that way.

That makes sense...Kotomi's another friend of yours from home?

Fuuko never had the chance to speak with her much, but now she's here Fuuko hopes we can become very good friends! Kotomi-san is an amazing person after all. [Leaning in and covering the side of her mouth with one hand as though she's going to whisper some sort of secret to Shiki.] She knows even more about the starfish than Fuuko!

[A surprised blink.] That's a lot of knowledge...but I'm sure you'll get to become good friends with her. Luceti's good about time like that.

It's really shocking! Fuuko couldn't believe it the first time we met. She knows about their scientific name, their habitat, how they're named in other languages... And probably more. [It's almost as though she has a starfish encyclopedia living with her.]

Hmm... In that respect, Fuuko likes this place for that reason! Fuuko wouldn't have had time to talk with Kotomi-san back home, but being here means we'll have lots of time!

She must be really smart...

Why wouldn't you have had time at home anyway? Too busy?

Really smart! She didn't go to class and just seemed to sit in the library all day.

[...] Fuuko was busy getting ready for the wedding. Fuuko's sister and Yusuke got married at school. Fuuko was handing out invites.

...got married at school. [Okay, that's a new one.] Well...I don't think anybody's getting married here anytime soon, so you're in luck.

Fuuko's sister used to work at the school, so she wanted to get married there when the time came. She was a really determined teacher you know.

Has anyone ever got married here at all Shiki-san? [Just a little curiosity on her part.]
