★3rd Star☆ [Video/Action]
[The video opens to show Fuuko scribbling away at a piece of paper on the table of her apartment. Stopping for a moment to admire what she has drawn... Then switching to a coloured crayon and continuing.]
Now Kotomi-san is here that means Fuuko should add another one. One for Daisy-san too.
[She seems to be talking to herself as she draws and colours in a little more. A minute or so later, Fuuko holds up her work for the journals to see. Seems as though she was working on a 'Get Well Soon' card. Moving the card away from the journal, Fuuko starts speaking in a very hushed tone.]
Fuuko made this to give Nagisa-san. If you know Nagisa-san and want her to get better even sooner then Fuuko insists you sign this card! Even if you don't know her you should sign it anyway! Fuuko can probably draw some starfish on the back... Fuuko is being quiet so not to disturb Nagisa-san!
[She stands up and leaves the card on a table, moving into her room for a moment to fetch a scarf, mittens and other warm clothing before returning.]
Fuuko will be waiting by the fountain in the plaza if you want to come and write Nagisa-san a message... And don't forget about the Starfish Festival!! Fuuko intends to make it one of the best festivals this place has ever seen!
Fuuko is going out for a moment Nagisa-san!! [Picking up the card and the journal, leaving it open as she makes her way over to the plaza.]
[Action]
[Like she said, Fuuko will be standing out by the fountain with the card in her hands. She's also brought along a bunch of coloured crayons for people to write in the card with if they would like to.]
(Interpretmy Fuuko's terrible drawings of dangos how you like. A few them could look like anyone, so feel free to take them however you want to.)

[Setting down the journal and flipping the card open.]
What would you like to say and what is your name! ...And what colour would you like the message to be in?
[Ginji frowns slightly and glances up at the ceiling for inspiration.]
Let's see... How about: 'I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Hope you have a speedy recovery and get well soon! - Ginji'?
[He smiles back down at the journal.] And if you've got a blue pen, that'd be perfect.
[As she folds the card back up she can't help but ask...] Fuuko would have been happy for you to write right-handed. There are no restrictions on what hand you can use you know!
[Ginji manages to look a little sheepish as he gestures to his bandaged arm.] Oh. Well, I got banged up a little during the crash. But the next time you have a card for someone, I'll definitely be able to pen the message myself.
[It's no big deal, but she's obviously put a lot of effort into the card. Wouldn't want to mess it up with his own scribbles.] By the way, what's the Starfish Festival?
[Her expression of mild concern soon turns to happiness! It's always fun explaining this.] The Starfish Festival is a festival Fuuko is setting up so to honour the starfish! Lots of people have offered to help Fuuko to ensure this will be the best Starfish Festival ever!! [...It will also be the first festival of its kind ever. But eh.]
[He definitely notices the enthusiasm.] I see, so you're celebrating starfish.
[But why just starfish? He's also wondering what a person does at a festival like this.] You must really like them. Do you go on trips to the ocean a lot?
Fuuko loves the starfish! But... Fuuko doesn't go to the ocean very often. Fuuko's sister took Fuuko a long time ago. Back then Fuuko met a starfish on the shore. We played for hours! [This reminds her that once it gets warmer she'll need to pay the beach here a visit too. She needs to see Luceti's starfish for herself!]/small>
[Video]
That sounds like a nice memory. Our hometown's right on the ocean, so my sister and I got to see it all the time. It's not so great for swimming or meeting starfish, though.
It is, a wonderful memory of Fuuko's. [A memory of before then. A nice little memory indeed.] Was the ocean to rough where you were living for that sort of thing? Don't worry! The starfish are incredibly determined and will hold on, even in the roughest of waters!!
[Ginji smiles, family means a lot to him, too.] Well in most places the only way to get to the ocean would be to climb down the cliffs. Since there isn't a beach, we had to enjoy the water from a distance or take a ship out.
[A chuckle - not a mean one. He thinks he's starting to see why the starfish have a fanclub.] Your starfish sound pretty tough, Fuuko. I've never thought of them like that before.
Huh, Fuuko ha not anticipated there being a cliff. Maybe it's best you do stay up and admire it from afar rather than climbing down to it. [Raising both her hands up to the journal for a thumbs up.] Of course they are, the starfish are the best! Nothing is as cute and adorable as the starfish.
Okay, got it. I'll be sure to mark the date on my calendar. [Once he figures out how long from now April is.]
And it's all right. Maybe I can check the ocean out here when it gets a little warmer. [He returns the thumbs up with his good arm.] Cute, adorable, and daring - with that sort of attitude, I bet lots of people will come to the festival.
Fuuko intends to visit the beach and the ocean when it gets a little warmer too! Fuuko only found out about it during autumn, so it was already pretty cold. [She was still tempted to go. For the starfish!] That's right! The starfish can appeal to all sorts of people from all walks of life. There isn't a single person that won't come! [Very optimistic thinking here.] Make sure to tell all your friends to come too.
Maybe when the weather's nicer we can gather a bunch of people and all go to the beach together. You know - bring food along and make a day of it.
That sounds great! [Actually, come to think of it...] Nagisa-san went to the beach earlier this year, but Fuuko missed out on that. It'd be nice to go next year with everyone!
We can try bringing it up at the Starfish Festival. If that's going to be in the springtime, a trip to the beach might make a good summer celebration for the starfish. You could probably think up something for the fall, too, before it gets too cold.
Could there really be two celebrations in one year for the starfish?! And in fall too... [That's it, she can't take all the starfish. Starfish trance is go!] Hwaaaaaaaah~!
I don't see why not! After all, there a--ah...? [Um. What...just happened to her. She looks like she zoned out all of a sudden.] Ah, Fuuko...? Are you all right?
Aaaand she's back. Giving her head a quick shake, looking around-- Right, journal!] Fuuko is fine!
A festival for the starfish for each and every season sounds like a wonderful idea Ginji-san! It would be a lot of work and everyone would need to contribute a little, but it has to be possible!

I'm glad to hear it, I was getting a little worried when you quit responding!
Four festivals would take a lot of work, but with enough people helping out and an advance notice, I have no doubt it can be done. People have accomplished even greater things when they put their minds to it and worked together.

[But enough about her strange lapses into a starfish wonderland...]
But! Whilst four festivals would be wonderful, Fuuko would be worried that everyone might get bored of the starfish somehow. Plus it would be nice to give the starfish a rest between each festival!
no subject
[Well, "fading away" seems pretty accurate to him. At least she knows about her fading spells - and hopefully how to snap out of them every time. Sensory overload?]
There's that, too. I guess even starfish deserve a break every once in a while. But I don't know about everyone getting bored. [Not with this girl around.]

The starfish need as much rest as anybody else does, it wouldn't be fair otherwise. [Pausing for a moment to reconsider the 'bored' comment she made.] Well Sheena-san did mention that everyone enjoys festivals and that it cheers them up... So maybe they wouldn't get bored after all! Fuuko would need to keep on the ball to make sure there are always plenty of ideas for each and every festival!
