[Fuuko is making a trip to the item shop today to look for a certain something. It wasn't here when she arrived, and honestly it's been bugging her for some time now. Having her little bag of starfish is all fine and dandy, but there's something else that would make everything just perfect. So here she is, rummaging away... Rummaging... Rummaging--

Oh. It's here. How long has it been here for? She doesn't know. She might well have missed it when she first came here and looked for her starfish. But that doesn't matter now. Fuuko has her party hat. Everything is now amazing.

Fuuko will then spend the rest of her morning out by the fountain in the plaza, carving more starfish. On one side of her is a few blocks of wood, on the other side are one or two completed stars and on her head is a green and orange striped party hat with a white bobble on the end. Her expression during this is nothing short of pretty damn happy.]

Fuuko has a question for everyone! [If you think she's going to ask about starfish then you're wrong. She's realised not everyone understands the appeal of the starfish and is instead taking a more roundabout approach to things.] What do you think about festivals? Fuuko would like to hold a festival someday. As such, Fuuko would like to hear about your festival experiences!

Also! If you received a starfish from Fuuko during that weird experiment then you better take really good care of it, ok?! The starfish deserve good homes!! [And it all comes back to starfish in the end anyway. Good job Fuuko.]

And besides lots of starfish, what will there be at the festival? Games? Food? Fireworks?

Fireworks would be great, but Fuuko wouldn't know where to begin organising that sort of thing. Fuuko has some ideas for games, like bobbing for starfish, and there will be lots of delicious food too! Starfish cream puffs and cakes as far as the eye can see!!

[If she knew how to get a firework display started then they would probably be star shaped too.]

There's a group around here, the SOS Brigade, they put on parties and other fun events to bring cheer to the village. Maybe you should talk to them. They're lead by a young woman named Haruhi.

Fuuko will have to get in contact with this brigade then! If they've put on parties before then Fuuko is sure that getting their help would make Fuuko's festival a booming success!

I can't promise they'll help out, but it's worth talking to them. If they can't, I'm sure they could point you in the direction of someone else who can.

Fuuko hopes they do so Fuuko's festival can be the best festival ever.

Ginia-san, what do you know about fireworks? [Might as well ask someone now in case the SOS Brigade can't help.]

Not much, I'm afraid. I know how they work and what goes into them, but I've never made them before.

That's a shame. Fuuko doesn't know many firework professionals here it seems.

That would be great! What sort of things can you bake? Fuuko is sure you have already mastered a wide number of recipes.

We have had firework displays before. I think the fireworks were found.

Cakes, cookies, pies, a lot of things really. I can always learn more if I have time.

Does Fuuko need to do anything else past finding some fireworks, lighting them and running away then? [Because if she can just find some then she'll probably try pulling off a fireworks display herself.]

Probably not, but you should find someone to help you set up and set off the fireworks. Safer that way.

I think I could. I can try to find a cookie cutter or cut everything into a starfish shape.

Maybe Nagisa-san would help then! Fuuko thinks Nagisa-san wouldn't mind too much. Do you think we could find some sparklers too? Fuuko has seen them before and they look like lots of fun.

Can there be multicoloured sparklers? Blue, green, red, all sorts of colours together!

Don't worry, Fuuko will be sure to get in touch a long time before the festival actually starts so you won't have to bake a lot of starfish at the last minute.

That would be nice too, but would starfish shaped place not be possible? Admittedly, Fuuko has never seen any starfish shaped plates so this might be a bit of a jump from starfish cookies!

I think starfish shaped plates could be possible, but you'd have to find someone to make them. They would be cute.
