Actually, there was once a time when Fuuko's baking skills were not nearly as good as they are now. In fact they were terrible, it took Fuuko and Nagisa-san forever to clean up after Fuuko's first attempt here.

[There was frosting and cake all over the place. Even the ceiling. Which was kind of impressive, or it would have been if she was aiming to coat the kitchen in the stuff.

Fuuko has practiced lots and lots since then however, so now 'extra good' bread should be very easy for Fuuko to pull off!
