Fuuko is about to ask a question. It's an important one, no, Fuuko is absolutely positive that it's a very important one, a question so important that Fuuko should have asked it sooner but it was much too weird for Fuuko to handle before now!

[A quick bit of writing later and 'MAGIC' appears in the journal, circled a few times with an arrow pointing to it. There's really no missing it.]

Please tell Fuuko about magic!

[Though her reasons for wanting to learn are all over the place, ranging from 'wanting to help out more' to 'creating her own starfish heat', she's still very serious about learning more about this magic stuff. Her expression captured on the journal is nothing less than that right now.]

All Fuuko knows about magic is a little information on the spirits which Fuuko learnt in school, but Fuuko doesn't know enough about their personalities to know how to go about contacting them just like that! They might not even like the starfish, how horrible. Maybe Fuuko could make an appointment with one... If you intend to tell Fuuko about any kind of magic Fuuko can learn that isn't too weird then thank you very much!

[She had to include something about it being too weird. Simple stuff is fine, she's not looking to conjure dark things or flip skirts or whatever else 'weird' magic might be used for.

Later in the day after asking her question, Fuuko can be found in the tea shop. If you come in today you might end up getting Fuuko as your server. Don't be surprised if she tries to recommend to you the starfish tea. While she's not serving or talking to anyone, Fuuko will have a walkman clipped to her clothes and a pair of headphones over her ears. If you're close enough you might be able to hear part of what she's listening to.]

Hello, Fuuko will be serving you today! What can Fuuko get for you?

[If Aang doesn't know then don't worry, she's packed full of suggestions. Well, just one, but it's a very good suggestion all the same!]

[He gives Fuuko a smile - good thing she announces herself by name, and he knows of her indirectly through Ikki and Ventus.]

Hello, Fuuko! [And he takes a second more to think.] Hmm... How about some jasmine?

[Jasmine, really? ... Hmm. Can't really knock down the customer's choice. With a quick nod she disappears for a moment into the back to prepare the tea. She returns soon with a cup of tea and also a few cookies which she sets down for Aang.]

Even though you didn't ask for them, Fuuko hopes you enjoy these anyway! They're very good, Fuuko fully recommends you have some again whenever you next come in.

[He accepts his tea with a smile and then is captivated by the cookies.]

Cookies? Wow, thanks Fuuko! They look great and like stars. I'll definitely have them a lot! [And he reaches for his first one.]

[Oh. He knows her name. It couldn't be because of the whole third person thing, right?]

Please tell Fuuko there wasn't an experiment where you learnt Fuuko's name but Fuuko didn't learn yours, because Fuuko does not know your name at all! [Naaah.]

Oh - sorry! [Well the third person name did help him to pinpoint it at least.] My name's Aang. I'm Ikki's grandpa.

I see, Fuuko understands. It's nice to meet you Aang-san! [Wait. Grandpa?]

This is sudden, but Fuuko would like to know if you come from a world where everyone looks very young even when they're old enough to be grandmas and grandpas.

It's nice to finally meet you, too!

[He laughs at her phrasing.]

And... That would be really neat, but no, it's different then that! I'm still a teenager, but this place has just been bringing in people from my future, including Ikki.

Fuuko understands... Sometimes the enclosure works in weird ways like that. Not that you or Ikki-san are weird!

[Since Ikki was far from weird her grandpa definitely can't be.]

Did Fuuko suddenly become famous overnight and that's why you're happy to finally meet Fuuko? You should know that Fuuko hasn't had the chance to practice any autographs yet.

You're pretty famous with Ikki! All her friends are. She talks about them all the time! [And he also checks who talks to her on the journals, for her safety. Not to mention he also heard of her through Ventus, from whom he knew they were ating.] You don't have to worry about autographs yet, Fuuko.

That's good, Fuuko wouldn't know where to start autographing in the first place.

[Seeing as no one else seems to need anything right now, Fuuko decides to take a seat across from Aang so they can talk better.]

Does Ikki-chan still have her own starfish? Fuuko hopes she takes very good care of it.

[And he nibbles on one of the cookies as she sits. Tasty!]

Yep! You don't have to worry, she takes really good care of Prince Petunia. He's a good starfish!

Fuuko wouldn't expect anything less from a starfish with a name like that. A bad starfish just wouldn't be right.

[Of course all starfish are good to Fuuko, regardless of if they have a name or not.]

If Ikki-chan or you ever need any help taking care of Prince Petunia then Fuuko would be very happy to help out! Especially if it meant Fuuko could see Prince Petunia in person.

Thanks for the offer, Fuuko! But even if we don't need help, you could come over and meet him whenever! Ikki'd love that, and I'm sure Prince Petunia'd be honored to meet you, too!

Really?! So Fuuko didn't have to offer anything in the first place in order for Fuuko to visit Prince Petunia? [...] Ah. But Fuuko would still want to help, even if starfish were involved or not. Fuuko's offer for help is still there!

[Heh. Starfish expert.] Fuuko would love to be considered a starfish expert, even if Fuuko doesn't know every single thing there is to know about the starfish! There's a lot to learn about after all, the starfish are very interesting and lovable creatures and it would probably take at least three lifetimes for Fuuko to know everything about them. [Starfish are pretty intense dude.]

Whoa, that long? I didn't know there were that many things to know about starfish! [After all, he has a sky bison with five stomachs for a pet and thinks he has him all figured out.]

Maybe! Fuuko imagines it would take a very long time anyway! There's a lot you have to know, from how the starfish feed by pushing their stomachs outside of their bodies, to how to tell the best way to poke and play with a starfish. [Which are all very serious things which you need to know to be a starfish expert.]

[This is serious business. And also kinda gross.]

That's a good point. I wanna make sure I play with the starfish right...

As long as you're very gentle and don't say anything bad about the starfish behind its back, Fuuko thinks you will be fine.

[... As long as Ikki's starfish isn't a poisonous one. But there's no way the starfish would be mean enough to poison someone anyway.]

I'd never say anything about Prince Petunia, I love him! And I try to be gentle as I can, and I know Ikki does too. Thanks, Fuuko. Knowing that really helps a lot in letting me know I'm on the right path with him.

If you say that you really love him then you're definitely on the right path! Just don't decide to neglect him for one day, because that one day will soon become two days and before you know it no starfish will even take the time of day to look at you!
